You can really make an impact on students.

You can make an impact on school districts.

You can make an impact on homeschool parents who can use your help and guidance on how to school their parent, their kids at home.

And you can also help with TPT sellers or Etsy sellers, if that's your thing that you're really good at.

You could really make an impact on those other sellers who are maybe looking to grow their business.

So I wanted to share with you three ways that you can make a global impact so you can start thinking in bigger terms.

And it's very easy on the day to get caught up in your little micro world of the four walls of your classroom.

So I hope today these three ways will help you to expand your thinking and think about making an impact beyond those four walls.

All right, so number one is that you can create social media content.

And I know before you start cringing about this, I want you to really think about how amazing it is that you can access the world through the palm of your hand.

You can use TikTok or Instagram or Facebook or YouTube shorts or whatever platform that you love.

And you can begin to share your expertise with others who would benefit from knowing your skillset.

You could talk about things that you do in the classroom.

You could talk about struggles that you've had in the classroom and how you overcome them.

You could talk about things that are really working well that you want to share out to others, and you have no idea the amount of people that you will be able to impact with your content, as well as how far reaching your content is.

That's one of the best ways to not only establish your credibility and establish yourself as an expertise in a particular area, but also start to make connections with people.

And you might be surprised to find that those people could be in Australia or in England or in Canada.

It's really amazing how social media makes it possible for us to reach so many people so easily who we would never otherwise be able to contact.

Creating social media is a great way to start making that global impact.

Another way is to build an online business.

Tiffany Webster: 00:03:58

And of course, we had to put this one in here because we happen to believe that building an online membership business is one of the best ways to make a global impact.

And that's because the way that we teach membership businesses is that your membership will include some instruction from you, also a private community and access to some of your digital resources.

So when you create this place where teachers can go and find other teachers who are learning the same thing, struggling with the same problem, trying to master the same skillset, it really brings people together.

And you can absolutely do this on a global scale.

It's amazing to see how teachers from around the world can connect within a membership.

And being the one that facilitates that membership or provides that community for teachers to connect is just an amazing thing.

So building an online business, and an online membership business in particular, it's a great way to make an impact on a global level.

And number three is to multiply your impact.

And this is just another reason why we love membership.

Check out this membership math, right?

So let's say that you create a marvelous math membership for third grade teachers, right?

And you start to grow your community, and eventually you have 200 teachers inside your membership, and each of those teachers has 30 students.

That means that your resources, the lessons that you're teaching, the skills that you are equipping with these teachers, that's going to impact 6,000 students just from your one membership.

And again, these students can be around the world because these teachers that will find your membership are also in other countries.

Maybe they're across the state, maybe they're in different counties.

So memberships are a really great way to multiply your impact.

And the more you multiply your impact, the more likely it is that impact is going global.

And the world needs your superpower.

So don't be thinking like, oh, somebody else is already doing this.

Somebody else is already teaching this.

Who am I to do that?

The world doesn't need another art lesson.

The world doesn't need another math teacher.

The truth is, there's only one you.

Tiffany Webster: 00:06:25

And there's only one person that does things the way that you do them or has the experience that you have, who can tell the stories that you have, who has the special skills that you have as far as your way of teaching or your way of doing things.

So don't underestimate what it is that the world needs.

The world needs your superpower.

And you can really impact the world on a global scale.
